MGI Investment Management
MGI Investment Management ApS was founded in 2024 and is 100% owned by Marigold Innovation ApS. MGI Investment Management specializes in investments within medical biotechnology. The projects offered by MGI Investment Management are carefully selected biotech projects from universities and other research institutions in Scandinavia. These projects undergo a thorough due diligence process at the universities or research institutions before MGI Investment Management decides whether to invest in them.
MGI Investment Management co-founds and invests in biotech companies alongside the researchers behind the projects. The focus is then on advancing these companies to a stage where they can be sold to, for example, big pharma companies, which will complete the development into a market-ready drug. MGI Investment Management ApS is registered as an alternative investment fund manager with the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority and is subject to AIFM legislation.
Investment Committee
The Investment Committee of MGI Investment Management approves and continuously monitors the investments on behalf of the fund. Collectively, the members have more than 140 years of industry experience in guiding investments toward high-growth and value-creating outcomes.
