Jacob Ørndrup
Jacob is a co-founder of Marigold Innovation, a partner at the law firm Loeven Law and an extremely experienced life sciences lawyer. With a background in intellectual property law and litigation, Jacob has assisted a very wide range of companies, institutions, investors and individuals in the life sciences sector for more than 25 years – from Big Pharma and Big Medtech to biotech start-ups, entrepreneurs and inventors. In addition to IP law and litigation, his areas of expertise include licensing, contract drafting and negotiation, and regulatory law.

As a lawyer, and as a ’trusted advisor’, Jacob tries to balance pedantry with pragmatism, and objectivity with his enthusiasm for science and the inventor's wishes.
